Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Codeberg e.V., Berlin. When you visit, the server processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, requested file and browser identifier in order to deliver the page and protect it against abuse. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Retention follows Codeberg's rules.

Contact by email or phone

If you contact me, I process your details to handle the request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for requests about an engagement, otherwise (f). I delete the data when it is no longer needed and no retention duty applies.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
